Food allergies and intolerances

I was interested to see that Which has found that various marketed methods of detecting food allergies and intolerances don't work. Those tested were measurement of IgG antibody levels, Vega testing, hair analysis, and kinesiology. All proved to be useless. No surprise there, of course, but it's good that Which has brought the matter to public attention.
